    1) Ajax is not working on the cart/mini cart even though all settings are enabled. When we click Add to Cart, the header cart does not update, and the side mini cart does not appear.

    2) The same issue occurs with the menu. We added the mega menu under “Our Alcohols”, but it is not working now, even though it was working earlier.

    3) Can we override the timeline title function (woodmart_timeline_item_shortcode)? It is currently set as an H4 and we need it be H3. We are able to override other titles, but this one doesn’t seem to work through the child theme functions.php.

We have added the required credentials below let me know incase you need anything else.

    Hello,

01, 02. Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then, activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know I will further check and give you a possible solution.

    03. You can achieve this by editing the theme file. All the customizations made in the theme files are at your own risk

Hi, we tested it after disabling all third-party plugins and custom code, but it’s still not working.

    Hello,

We have checked your issue and see that the file structure in the theme has been modified, which is why you are seeing errors. In this case, please reinstall our theme.
