Every post can be placed in a different category, as in the case of the screenshot showing “Uncategorized,” meaning there are no other categories in which I can place this post.
My question is, how can I add other categories in WooCommerce, such as “Movies,” “Research,” “Entertainment,” and so on, and assign only for posts with one of the listed categories?

1. Please follow this article to disable / delete default category https://www.businessbloomer.com/woocommerce-delete-uncategorized-product-category-forever/
2. Go to your WordPress Dashboard > Posts > Categories > Add new categories and assign it to the correct category.
