Age Verification Popup Issue

Hi team,
I’ve been trying to use the Age Verification pop-up to show only on one page, but unfortunately, after using a condition to show only on a specific page, it still shows on the whole site or on the homepage. Can you please fix this so it only works on the page I select?

Try to use the theme preset feature of our theme for a specific condition (Post ID) for the specific page and enable the option “age verify popup” from the preset theme settings.

Brother, didn’t you see the picture I attached to my previous request? I already tried it, but it’s not working that’s the problem. The conditions are not working at all even if I set the condition to a specific page, it always shows on the whole website

In the Global Theme Settings disable the age verify popup option and edit the theme settings of the presets and enable age verify popup option from theme settings and check the issue.
If the issue still remains, share the WP login details i will check and give you a possible solution.

I don’t know why you are coming up with general information over and over again. I am telling you, the theme preset settings are not working. I already used it and I am trying every condition, but it’s not working. It’s a technical error in the backend. If you are not capable of answering, please refer to a developer, but don’t come again with general information. I didn’t ask you how to use the theme preset settings. Try to Understand

The issue is definitely not resolved, as you can see in your own Screenshot, it’s showing a pop-up without Text, it’s just buttons, there’s nothing else. When you Turn ON the age verification pop-up from the theme’s general settings, it’s again showing on the whole website with content, but still not on my chosen page. So I need the pop-up with Text, also not just buttons!

Thank you for the guidance. I’ve followed your instructions and now the age verification issue is fully resolved. I also understand why it wasn’t working earlier — I was enabling it from the wrong place.
