cart not updating and not opening after adding product to the cart.

hello, only on homepage i have a problem for users that are not signed in when they add product to cart animation for opening side cart is not loading as welll as the header cart total its at 0. but when you opent the cart product is there. on all other pages its woriking fine.

Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site, and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
Otherwise, if the issue still exists, then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the WP login details, so I can check and give you a possible solution.

You are using the cache WP Rocket plugin.
In general, Wishlist, Cart and Compare pages should not be cached at all, so I suggest you exclude those pages from the cache and recheck the issue.
