    Hello,

    I am writing to request assistance with a theme I recently installed. After loading the theme, it appears that the content is incomplete. Several elements have not loaded correctly, most notably the demo or sample images, which are missing.

    Furthermore, I am experiencing issues with the site’s layout. When I try to navigate through the menus, the design breaks, causing display problems.

    Could you please provide guidance on how to resolve these issues?

    Hello,

    Thank you for reaching out. The issue is that the demo content might not have been imported correctly, or some elements were imported in a different format than expected.

    Please try to deactivate the third-party plugins and import the demo again.

    Note that our dummy content works only on a fresh installation. If you have some content already, it will conflict with your existing posts, and most of the content will not be imported correctly.

    If the issue remains, try to increase the “PHP Max Input Vars” parameter to 10000 or higher in your PHP configuration and import the demo again.

    If the issue still remains, let me know I will further check on your site and give you a possible solution.

    Hola, muchas gracias por tu ayuda.
    Eliminé el sitio por completo, lo recreé desde cero y subí el tema. Ahora todo parece estar bien, excepto por la página de inicio, que no se ha cargado. ¿Puedes ayudarme?

    Hello, thank you very much for your help. I deleted the site completely, recreated it from scratch, and uploaded the theme. Now everything seems fine except for the homepage, which hasn’t loaded. Can you help me?
