Free shipping coupon is not working

Hi!
I am trying to enable WooCommerce core Free Shipping method when a valid coupon is used.
I followed all steps mentioned in https://woocommerce.com/document/free-shipping/ but the Free Shipping method is not showing in the Shipping list at checkout when entering coupon code.
I would appreciate your help as this issue persists for all my websites where Woodmart theme is used.

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand if it is our theme issue or not?

I installed and activated Storefront theme and tested coupon there. The Free shipping option still doesn’t appear.

You have checked with the default theme, and the issue remains. It means it is not our theme issue.
Please contact the plugin support in this regard. They will guide you better.
