I can’t install the theme on a temporary domain

    I bought a theme called woodmart, and then I wanted to install it on a temporary domain name first, and then resolve the full domain name after I finished building the website, but I couldn’t install it. Then I went to the after-sales support, and they asked me to register an XTemos website, but I couldn’t find my order on it, and I didn’t get any after-sales support at all.

    Thank you for reaching out. To assist you with the installation issue on your temporary domain, please provide details about any error messages you encounter during the installation process. Screenshots of these errors would be very helpful for diagnosis.

    Also, send us your admin access in case we need to try and check this ourselves.
