RoderikParticipantHi support team,
When testing on my mobile phone in Safari (incognito mode), I noticed a layout issue:
* The floating “Add to Cart” button appears around 3/4 of the screen height instead of being positioned at the bottom.
* When adding a product via this floating button after scrolling down, the cart side widget also opens at around 3/4 of the screen, making it barely visible. To debug, I deactivated all plugins except Woodmart and WooCommerce, but the issue persists. This suggests the problem lies in the theme itself.
Could you please investigate this and help me find a fix?
You’ll find the credentials attached in the separate section and 2 screenshots showing the issue.
Thanks a lot!

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
We tested your website on Safari using a real iPhone and did not encounter any issues.

RoderikParticipantI tested on both iPhone 11 and iPhone 15 using the latest Safari, in both incognito and normal mode.
In your first screenshot, it looks like you didn’t scroll down far enough to reproduce the floating button issue. In that case, the cart does appear correctly. The problem occurs after scrolling down: the floating button then shows up in the middle of the screen, and the same happens with the sidebar when opening the cart.
Could you please follow the exact steps I took in the attached video, using the same product? Here’s the link: https://www.aquariumwarenhuis.nl/product/aquaplant-fish-tree/
Best regards,
Roderik

RoderikParticipantUpdate: I see that the video is to big to upload. But I provided the link of the product so you should be good.

Bogdan DonovanKeymasterHello,
During the preview of your site, when we took the aforementioned screenshots, we had already performed the actions you described, including scrolling from the very bottom to the very top while simultaneously checking the state of the sticky “Add to Cart” and cart elements. Both then and now, your page looked normal.
Unfortunately, we were unable to view your video to replicate your actions exactly, but we recorded our own video (Link https://drive.google.com/file/d/1RWsi-du3K94ZfapBCoo14SbkJGE24IkQ/view) in which we cyclically scrolled the page you mentioned from top to bottom and also opened the cart while being at the very top, the center, and the bottom of the page. In all cases, the website elements worked normally and did not position themselves in the center of the screen. We tested the site on several devices. This specific video was recorded on a real iPhone 16 Pro device using Safari 26.0 in a private tab.
Since we cannot reproduce or see this issue, we unfortunately cannot provide you with a solution or advice on how to fix it. However, after searching for similar problems, we found information on the WebKit (Safari browser engine) bug tracker regarding issues with the new Safari 26.0 when displaying fixed elements on a page, including their displacement during scrolling: https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=297779. It was also mentioned that this issue should be fixed in subsequent browser update 26.1.
Kind Regards
