Can’t upload demo, Can’t have layouts for shop, Product page,etc

I am having an issue where
When I upload and activate the theme i add prebuilt site to my site, which adds nothing but header and written content which feels like an error, no image or layout is added, I am stuck with this for a long time now and can’t seem to have any fix to it!

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?

Okay, I have attached it!
We’ve imported the dummy content onto your website. However, since some content already existed on your site, it hasn’t been imported in full. For instance, the menu is missing. You can create it manually in Appearance -> Menus.
What about the content on product pages and shop pages?
Why is it stuck on this error now??
