    Hello.
I have a website using the WoodMart theme: https://chacrys.com/
However, I am experiencing some issues:
    1. On my shop page: https://chacrys.com/shop/, products sometimes disappear.
    2. On other pages such as https://chacrys.com/crystal-bed-training/ the content doesn’t load at all.

I’ve been investigating these issues by deactivating plugins and switching themes:
-When I switch to a different theme, the problems disappear.
-When WoodMart is active but Elementor is deactivated, the issues also go away

However, I can’t deactivate Elementor permanently because much of my website is built with it.
Could you help me resolve this issue?

    Hello,

Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site, and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

Otherwise, if the issue still exists, then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the WP login details, so I can check and give you a possible solution.

    Best Regards,

    Hello,
I’ve been investigating these issues by deactivating plugins.
When Elementor is deactivated, the issues go away.
However, I can’t deactivate Elementor permanently because much of my website is built with it.
I also can’t disable all third-party plugins, as that causes my website to crash.
Could you help me resolve this issue?
I’ve shared with you my credentials.

    Hello,

Try to increase the PHP Max Input Vars parameter to 10000 or higher in your PHP configuration. You can contact your hosting provider for help on this matter and check how it works.

Please follow this guide and configure the recommended PHP limits.https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/requirements-wordpress-set-up/

If the issue remains, I kindly recommend you to purge the cache of CDN, disable CDN temporarily and double check the issue.

If the issue still persists, Please confirm the permission for plugin deactivation and switching to the parent/default theme for testing.

    Hello,
I’ve done what you suggested, but the issue persists.
Please go ahead and check the website. You’re welcome to deactivate plugins or switch themes for testing.

    Hello,

Regarding the issue with disappearing products: could you please provide additional details (screenshots or a short video), as we were not able to reproduce this issue on the shop page.

The issue with content not loading is caused by the Elementor Frontend option being disabled in the settings. We recommend enabling this option and then testing the website again: https://monosnap.ai/file/VzYYUJljbCkVDyCq96XHwZ8lR10gWW

    Thank you for your help.
Regarding the product issue, it is intermittent. It’s happening right now — please check:

    Hello,

We have investigated the issue using the default theme and noticed that the products were also not being displayed there. This indicated that the problem was not related to our active theme. To resolve it, we re-saved the permalinks settings on your website, and after doing so, the products started appearing correctly.

The problem has not been solved; the products have disappeared again.

It can be solved by saving the permalinks again, but I can’t keep saving the permalinks several times a day, or if I’m not available for a day, the products won’t be visible.

    Hello,

We completely understand your concern. However, this issue is not theme-related and cannot be fixed from our side, as it’s connected to how WordPress/WooCommerce manages permalinks. We recommend checking with the WooCommerce support team for a more permanent solution.

    Hello,
    I’ve continued investigating this issue.
I noticed that the problem disappears when I switch the theme.
I’ve recorded a video for reference:

    Please take a look

    Hello,

We’ve reviewed your video and would like to clarify that when switching themes, WordPress automatically regenerates permalinks. As seen in your video, the issue disappears once you switch between themes.

    Hello,
Based on my knowledge and investigation, WordPress does not update permalinks when a theme is switched.

Could you please help me resolve this issue?

    Hello,

Since the reported issue occurs over a certain period of time, could you please create a staging version of the website and monitor whether the problem appears. If the issue still persists, you should then gradually disable third-party plugins and continue to observe whether the problem remains.

    Best Regards,
