    Hello,

The issue is caused by how the size guide is being assigned. At the moment, you are selecting a size guide directly inside each product, which will always override the category setting.

    • If you want to assign a specific size guide to an individual product, you need to edit that product and select the size guide from the options in the right sidebar.
    • If you want the size guide to be applied automatically for a whole category, then you should disable the size guide selection inside the product and instead assign the categories directly in the size guide settings.

This way, the guide will display correctly based on your setup—either product-specific or category-wide.

as per your instruction, i have updated the size guide with different size and linked to product category and saved the for testing. The size chart that i have modified is not updating in backend and frontend both. You can see the screenshot of the process.
If you can help me share the link to upload video, for your better understanding and acknowledge the issue to fix it.

Conclusion: Not able to create new size according to our need as per product category and as per individual product both. Created size is not saved after clicking save button. After saving reopen the size chart it show default size chart, updated or modified chart doesn’t show or appear. So if update is not reflecting in admin panel back-end, who it will reflect the update or changes on front-end.

I have attached the screenshot. PFA

    Hello,

I have reviewed your product “10 Mukhi Rudraksha Mala” and noticed that it was previously using the “Size and packaging guidelines” size guide, which was selected in the product edit page.

    Here is the reference:https://postimg.cc/cgYm4s2f

I have now updated this product to use the “Indonesian vs Nepali Rudraksha Bead Sizes” size guide and also purged the cache using the LiteSpeed plugin. The changes are working correctly.

Kindly check your site from your end to confirm the update: https://postimg.cc/ygt8nK8D

I have issue with Size Chart Row and Column. Row and column data doesn’t save after clicking save button. Any modification done with size guide chart doesn’t reflect in Back-end and Front-End, data value change or updated doesn’t save. Even creating new size guide.

Please check attached screenshot carefully with entered value and saved value row and column is different. You can’t add or modify default size chart table. you can’t add or change data in row and column after saving too.

this is the primary problem of size guide not working.

    Hello,

Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then, activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

Otherwise, if the issue still exists, then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know I will further check and give you a possible solution.

    Best Regards,

    Hello Aizaz Imtiaz Awan,

As per your instruction, I have deactivated all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then checked the issue.
Steps that i have performed after 3 party plugins deactivation are below:
    1. Create new size guide chart with title Deactivated Testing
2.Edited 1 st Row and Columns heading name.
    3. Edited 2nd Row, entered input data values of on Row and all column of 2nd row.
    4. Left all default Row and Column data as it is.
    5. Selected Choose Product Categories to -> Rudraksha Beads
    6. After that Clicked on Publish, and Confirmed the Published. Back-end worked done successfully.
    7. Now Checking product on Front-end with selected category Rudraksha bead at back-end for size named Deactivated Testing.
    8. Clicked on Size Guide, it shows by default size guide chart.
    9. Both 1st and 2nd rows and columns that i have edited with different name and size values doesn’t reflect.
    10. Issue not solved even after deactivating all 3 party plugins apart form plugins that comes with theme.
    11. I have reopened the size guide named Deactivated Testing in back-end, the data that i entered and saved doesn’t appear in size guide table. It show by default size guide table that was even to edit.

Conclusion: It means the size guide table data doesn’t get edited, modified and saved.

Please find the Screenshot and check it carefully the size guide table. You will find the difference between the size chart that i have created and outcome that display on front end of product is completely different from what i have entered.
