vebsesParticipantHi,
We’re experiencing an issue where our Shop page disappears periodically from the website. It only reappears after we go to Settings → Permalinks → Save Changes (reset permalinks).
The issue happens repeatedly — after some time, the Shop page stops working again until we manually reset permalinks.
Could you please check and help us find the cause of this issue?
Thank you,

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?
Also, clarify how often it happens. Are there any particular steps we can perform to reproduce this?Thank you in advance

vebsesParticipantits active website so It will be hard to disbale all plugins, I can give u admin access and u can check it with yourself I think.
This happens every few days, I can’t tell you exactly.September 30, 2025 at 2:38 pm #688738
Artem TemosKeymasterIn this case, you need to create a staging development copy of your website. There, you will be able to do such kind of experiments without any harm to your production website.
Kind Regards

October 2, 2025 at 9:47 am #688946
Artem TemosKeymasterPlease continue observing on the staging website where you applied the patch and installed the plugin. Let me know once it happens again.
October 3, 2025 at 11:25 am #689064
vebsesParticipantWe still have the same issue on this website remixd.co.uk shop page still dissaperad
I don’t understand how we can identify the problem if it works fine on the staging site, but the same issue keeps repeating almost every day on the live site.October 3, 2025 at 11:43 am #689067
Artem TemosKeymasterIn this case, we need you to disable plugins, apply the patch and install the log plugin so we can investigate the issue on the main website.
October 3, 2025 at 11:49 am #689068
vebsesParticipantbut if we dissable all plugins how u investigate the issue if this was some plugins problem?
October 3, 2025 at 12:43 pm #689074
Artem TemosKeymasterIf the problem is related to any of the installed plugins you would need to enable them one by one to see which one causes this issue. But as we can see, since it doesn’t happen on the staging website it is likely something not related to the theme itself.
October 3, 2025 at 1:13 pm #689078
vebsesParticipantI think its not right, because when we created staging website in that moment issue was still there and when we made staging website on the stage website shop was normal but on the main website shop was hidden ( i mean when we moved site it automatically returnet shop on staging web, when main website doesnt had shop page)
October 3, 2025 at 2:51 pm #689088
Artem TemosKeymasterAnyway, we can’t find out what is wrong without the possibility to test this on your website properly. Please apply the patch and keep all other plugins temporarily turned off. Make sure that the activity log plugin is turned on.
October 3, 2025 at 3:26 pm #689091
vebsesParticipantYou didn’t quite understand — if we start deactivating plugins one by one and observing the issue, this process will take at least a month. That means the website would be down for an entire month.
For example, if we deactivate Elementor for just one day, the shop page might disappear only after a few days, so Elementor would have to stay deactivated during that whole period — making the website non-functional.
The same would happen with every other plugin.Isn’t there any other way to diagnose this?
What if we install WP Activity Log on the main website — would you be able to monitor the issue that way without deactivating plugins?October 3, 2025 at 3:53 pm #689097
Artem TemosKeymasterOK, let’s try to investigate it without plugin deactivation for now. Please apply the patch and install the log plugin. Contact us once it happens again.

As we can see, you have a shop page on your website and it works without any problems. Could you please clarify what is wrong now?

October 7, 2025 at 4:48 pm #689474
Artem TemosKeymasterWe tested your shop page in various browsers and didn’t encounter any issues. It seems like you had a cache problem on your website. Your shop page was always accessible, and there’s nothing in the log to indicate any problems.
October 12, 2025 at 5:52 pm #690461

Bogdan DonovanKeymasterHi,
We checked your website, but we still couldn’t observe the problem. As soon as this issue reappears, please inform us and provide FTP access to the site. Also, for a more detailed check, we will need permission to temporarily disable plugins and switch to the default theme.
Kind Regards
