Urgent: Single product page layout broken after updating to Woodmart 8.3

    Hello XTemos Team,

    Today I updated my Woodmart theme to version 8.3, and after the update, the single product pages started displaying incorrectly — the layout and design appear broken on both desktop and mobile devices.

    This issue is urgent, as it affects all product pages and impacts the shopping experience on my website.
    Could you please check this issue and help me resolve it as soon as possible?

    Subject: Follow-up: “Buy Now” Feature Causing Layout Issue in Woodmart 8.3

    Message:

    Hi Woodmart Team,

    After updating to Woodmart 8.3, my single product pages became broken.
    Following advice from my hosting provider, I found that disabling the “Buy Now” (Quick Buy) feature under Theme Settings → Single Product completely fixed the issue.

    They identified that the theme was trying to load the class XTS\Modules\Quick_Buy\Frontend, which seems to be missing in the new version.

    Could you please confirm if this module was intentionally removed or restructured?
    And will the Buy Now feature return in a future update?

    Hola. Me pasó exactamente lo mismo. Por el momento volví todas las tiendas a la versión 8.2.7 hasta que solucionen esto. Saludos

    Hello,

    Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it? Also, switch to the parent theme temporarily.

    We have fixed this issue. Please update the theme to the latest version 8.3.1 via your dashboard and check how it works.
