    Hi Woodmart team,
I found an issue with the search feature on my website.
When I type a product name and click “View All” without selecting any category, no products are displayed.
However, when I select a category, the products appear correctly.

The screenshot I attached shows both cases — the one where no products appear (no category selected) and the one where products appear (category selected).

I’d like the search results to show all relevant products even when no category is selected.

    Thank you for your help!

    Hello,

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?

    Thank you in advance

    Hi,

    Thanks for your response!
Could you please clarify which plugins I should disable — only third-party ones, or all except WooCommerce and Woodmart?

Also, I’ve already sent the admin access details via private message.

    Thank you!

    Hello,

It seems to be broken by the plugin HUSKY - Products Filter Professional for WooCommerce. Try to contact plugin’s developers for help or disable it on your website.

    Kind Regards

    Hi WoodMart team,

    Thanks for your reply!

I’ve tested the AJAX search again with a few different filter plugins to confirm the behavior.
    I tried these plugins:

HUSKY – Products Filter for WooCommerce

    Product Filter by WBW

WCAPF – WooCommerce Ajax Product Filter

Advanced AJAX Product Filters for WooCommerce (BeRocket)

Unfortunately, the same issue occurs with all of them — when searching without selecting any category, it still shows “0 products found”, even though the products exist.
The search works correctly only when a category is selected.

This makes me think the issue might be related to the AJAX search logic itself, rather than a specific filter plugin.

I’ve also attached screenshots showing the results for each plugin for your reference.

Could you please double-check if this behavior can be adjusted within the theme settings or if there’s a workaround to make the search return results even when no category is selected?

    Thank you for your help!

    Best regards,
    cncstorebandung

    Hello,

You can fix it by applying patch # 690957. To do this, go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Patcher, find the corresponding patch and click on the “Apply” button. Let us know if it works for you.

    Kind Regards

    Hi WoodMart team,

    Thanks for your reply!

I checked under Dashboard → WoodMart → Patcher, but I couldn’t find patch #690957 listed there.

I’ve already updated the theme and core plugin to the latest version, but it still doesn’t appear.
Could you please confirm if the patch is available for the current version, or should I re-sync or reinstall something to make it show up?

    Thanks again for your help!

    Hello,

Please update the theme to the latest version first – 8.3.3. The patch is for the latest version only.

    Kind Regards

    Hi WoodMart team,

    Thanks for the clarification!

I tried updating the theme to version 8.3.3, but an error occurred during the update process:

An error occurred while updating WoodMart: Could not move the old version to the upgrade-temp-backup directory.

Could you please advise how to fix this so I can complete the update?

Thanks in advance for your help!
