Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
To better assist you, could you kindly test the functionality with default WordPress themes such as TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront? This will help us determine whether the issue stems from our theme or elsewhere.
Note that
httpyou showed on your video is related to the icons you displayed with Elementor somewhere on your website. They have no effect on your website SSL certificate configuration.Regards

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Do you mean that it also happens with the default theme? As far as we can see, this issue is related to your server and SSL certificate configuration. You need to consult with the server’s administrators for help on this matter.
Kind Regards

OnPa MarketingParticipantyes, by default theme happens. How do you see the issue is related to my server and SSL certification? Could you send me please screenshot so that i can send my hosting company.
October 20, 2025 at 11:49 am #691781
Artem TemosKeymasterThe video you sent earlier shows that your website has problems with the SSL certificate. You can send that video to your hosting company.

OnPa MarketingParticipantWhen we check here it seems fine and The SSL certification valid till 2025 to January 11, 2026. You can also check below links

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
I understand your concern. However, the issue persists even with the default theme, indicating that it’s not related to the WoodMart itself.
Kind Regards
October 20, 2025 at 6:32 pm #691914
OnPa MarketingParticipantI meant, by default theme it i didn’t happen. You can also check it yourself. As you can see we do have the SSL certification, which is valid till January 2026. I don’t understand WHY YOU DONT WANT TO FOCUS ON RESOLVING ISSUE INSTEAD OF WRITING BACK AND FORTH. I have gave you all info and you are still insisting onthst I don’t have certifications. You have the login info, please log into WordPress account change to default theme and see. IT IS JUST ENOYING.

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
You wrote in the previous reply that it happens with the default theme:
yes, by default theme happens.
We also tested this on your website with the default theme. Here is a video https://gyazo.com/bdda98bd33db0fc9d07c37d50d62883d

OnPa MarketingParticipantHi,
I contacted the hosting provider and they confirmed there’s no issue. They also shared a screenshot showing a valid SSL certificate.
However, I’m still seeing the same error intermittently. Because it doesn’t happen consistently, I can’t capture a video of it. Could you please investigate? This issue is hurting the site’s organic reach and needs to be fixed.Best regards,

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Unfortunately, we can’t know what is causing this issue. It is a general problem with your website that is not related to the theme. It happens with the default WordPress theme as well.
Kind Regards
