HTTPS ERROR even though i have SSL certificate

Hi there, I am getting an https error (unsafe). I have recorded a video and added it to the private section. And also I added a screenshot of the SSL certificate. Due day is: 12.01.2026

As i mentioned, i have a valid certificate. The issue is that there are several xmlns link without “S”. For instance

To better assist you, could you kindly test the functionality with default WordPress themes such as TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront? This will help us determine whether the issue stems from our theme or elsewhere.
Note that http you showed on your video is related to the icons you displayed with Elementor somewhere on your website. They have no effect on your website SSL certificate configuration.

as i said it is not happining always. I have switched the the theme to TwentyTwenty it does not happened but now in the morning happened again. I have provided you loggin info, feel free to try it yourself please.

I meant, by default theme it i didn’t happen. You can also check it yourself. As you can see we do have the SSL certification, which is valid till January 2026. I don’t understand WHY YOU DONT WANT TO FOCUS ON RESOLVING ISSUE INSTEAD OF WRITING BACK AND FORTH. I have gave you all info and you are still insisting onthst I don’t have certifications. You have the login info, please log into WordPress account change to default theme and see. IT IS JUST ENOYING.

I contacted the hosting provider and they confirmed there’s no issue. They also shared a screenshot showing a valid SSL certificate.
However, I’m still seeing the same error intermittently. Because it doesn’t happen consistently, I can’t capture a video of it. Could you please investigate? This issue is hurting the site’s organic reach and needs to be fixed.

Unfortunately, we can’t know what is causing this issue. It is a general problem with your website that is not related to the theme. It happens with the default WordPress theme as well.
