Related Products Not Loading on First Page Load – Appears Only After Refresh

    When a product page is opened for the first time, the Related Products section does not display any items. However, after manually refreshing the page, the related products load correctly. This indicates a possible **rendering or cache-related glitch** in the product page load sequence.

    **Steps to Reproduce:**

    1. Open any product page directly (without refresh).
    2. Scroll to the Related Products section – it shows blank/no products.
    3. Refresh the page once.
    4. Related products appear as expected.

    Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme temporarily so we can check?

    I am using very basic plugins. I have tried disabling them but did not help. In my website, I have only following plugins.

    – 3 Security plugins
    – Woocommerce related plugin
    – Imagify
    – Safe SVG
    – Woodmart plugins
    – 3 Payment plugins

    I give you authority to disable any plugin to check.

    I have updated the theme and all plugins. I have disabled all plugins. The issue still persists.

    It looks like a WooCommerce problem. Could you please do a quick test with the default theme? Send us a video or screenshot so we can see if it is caused by WoodMart or not.

    Tried Storefront, the issue is not there. So we need to find that conflict in the woodmart.

    The problem is still there in laptop version. The mobile look resolved but let me observe for couple of hours.

    It means that you have a cache on the laptop. Please disable all caching temporarily and test how it works without cache.
