shwetaParticipantWhen a product page is opened for the first time, the Related Products section does not display any items. However, after manually refreshing the page, the related products load correctly. This indicates a possible **rendering or cache-related glitch** in the product page load sequence.
**Steps to Reproduce:**
1. Open any product page directly (without refresh).
2. Scroll to the Related Products section – it shows blank/no products.
3. Refresh the page once.
4. Related products appear as expected.Attachments:

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme temporarily so we can check?

shwetaParticipantSir, I have deactivated the plugins on a live website. How quickly can we expect you to help?
October 15, 2025 at 3:57 pm #691072
Artem TemosKeymasterIt looks like a WooCommerce problem. Could you please do a quick test with the default theme? Send us a video or screenshot so we can see if it is caused by WoodMart or not.

shwetaParticipantTried Storefront, the issue is not there. So we need to find that conflict in the woodmart.

For your reference. The laptop is still an issue.

Artem TemosKeymasterIt means that you have a cache on the laptop. Please disable all caching temporarily and test how it works without cache.
