Frequently bought together button is not working

The frequently bought together button isn’t working. It keeps spinning but doesn’t add items to the cart. See attached screenshot.

Please try disabling all third-party plugins except WoodMart and WooCommerce to check if there is a conflict causing the frequently bought together button to malfunction. If the issue persists, kindly provide a direct link to the product page where this problem occurs so we can investigate further.

I disabled them all and tested it, and it still doesn’t work. It just keeps loading but doesn’t complete. The item is added to the cart, but only when the website refreshes. But the customer doesn’t know if it was added or not.
I had already added the credentials to the private area.

The problem is that the store is in production. You can deactivate it as needed and reactivate it as your investigation progresses.
In this case, you need to create a staging development copy of your website. There, you will be able to do such kind of experiments without any harm to your production website.

You can fix it by applying patch # 692914. To do this, go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Patcher, find the corresponding patch and click on the “Apply” button. Let us know if it works for you.
