Volts StudioParticipantThe frequently bought together button isn’t working. It keeps spinning but doesn’t add items to the cart. See attached screenshot.

Please try disabling all third-party plugins except WoodMart and WooCommerce to check if there is a conflict causing the frequently bought together button to malfunction. If the issue persists, kindly provide a direct link to the product page where this problem occurs so we can investigate further.

Volts StudioParticipantI disabled them all and tested it, and it still doesn’t work. It just keeps loading but doesn’t complete. The item is added to the cart, but only when the website refreshes. But the customer doesn’t know if it was added or not.
I had already added the credentials to the private area.

Volts StudioParticipantHi, I’m trying to figure out which plugin is conflicting with the theme. It’s Google Site Kit. However, we really need to use it on our site. Could you tell me what the conflict is? We use the Woodmart theme in all our stores.

You can fix it by applying patch #
692914. To do this, go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Patcher, find the corresponding patch and click on the “Apply” button. Let us know if it works for you.Kind Regards
