Out of Stock Query and Products Issue

Hello Team,

When enabling the option “Hide out of stock items from the catalog” in WooCommerce inventory settings, the “Result Count” query calculated wrongly the results explained in the cases below:
1- It shows a number different than the number of actual products like: “Showing all 10 results” but there is 9 products shown or more or less.
in this link: “https://freeshoplebanon.com/product-category/kitchen-category/storageware/lunch-boxes/” for example it states “Showing all 51 results” but actually there is “39 items” visible!
2- Sometimes it hides in stock products and also shows the result count wrongly.
Note that all the products are in stock for sure and they are all visible and published. And when disabling the option everything is back to normal. I added a screenshot for the case.
I tried the new option “Show “Out of stock” products at the end” and it works fine for me, but I prefer having the ability to hide the products.
