Hello, I have a problem with the Mobile slider background image (Slider on the Main Home page). I already uploaded the image I want to display, the adjustments worked fine with the desktop version
. But i’m struggling with the Mobile layout.
Whether i choose center center or left center or custom as position, it does not change and i can’t get it right.
I attached a screenshot, can you please help ?

    Hello,

To achieve better responsiveness, it’s recommended to use different image sizes for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

You can configure this by following these steps:

    1. Navigate to Slides > All Slides and edit the slide you want to adjust.
    2. Scroll down to the bottom of the slide editor.
    3. In the Slide Settings section, you’ll find options to upload different images for various devices and adjust their positions accordingly: https://postimg.cc/nMxYz5WC

This ensures the slide looks visually correct and performs well across all screen sizes.

But if you do not want to upload a separate image, and want the background image to be shown in full without cropping, please go to: Slide > Edit Slide -> Background Settings (at the bottom) and set the Background Image Size option to “Contain”.

    Best Regards,

    Hi Aizaz,
    Thank you for your feedback.
I tried both options: uploading a new image with tailored dimensions for mobile, and using the same image for both desktop and mobile while adjusting the positioning — but nothing worked.

Each time, I made sure to update the slider and clear the cache, yet on my mobile browsers (iOS and Android) the same old image still appears. I even tried clearing the cache on my phone, but there was no change. Please find attached a screenshot of the slider on my mobile phone after the adjustments .

    Hello,

I have checked your site, and the updated image is displaying correctly on mobile devices.

    See Screenshot for clarification: https://postimg.cc/62jZxFQK

Please try checking again after completely clearing the cache and check the issue.

    Best Regards,
