After the customer selects the desired product and adds it to the shopping cart, they proceed to the checkout page and fill in all the necessary information before placing the order. Although the order can be successfully placed and a notification email received, the page still remains on the payment page. This resulted in my Facebook ads being unable to capture the website purchase events. Could you please tell me how to solve this problem? Could you also help me check if there are any vulnerabilities in the website theme? Thank you.

To better assist you, could you kindly test the functionality with default WordPress themes such as TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront? This will help us determine whether the issue stems from our theme or elsewhere.
