flash of unstyled content

Goodmorning. Whenever i open my website form a new device i do not see my website correctly and the following problem happens: “The layout was forced before the page was fully loaded. If this happens before the stylesheets are loaded, it may cause a flash of unstyled content.”
If i reload the page it fixes the problem.

When I open your home page, I don’t see the flash you showed on the screenshot. Could you please clarify how to reproduce this?
It happens randomly with devices that don’t have the website in cache,
if it happens again to me is there a way i can give you more information? for example an error code with f12?
We have tested with a few different devices and incognito tabs where there is no cache, but still can’t reproduce the issue. Could you please record a short video?
