romina.mParticipantHello,
I’m experiencing an issue with Elementor on my website marchelove.it (Antares Child Theme).
Elementor works correctly on pages, posts and products, but when I try to edit any HTML Block (xts-html-block post type) or Product Template created by the theme, the editor gets stuck on “Loading” screen and doesn’t open.I’ve already tried the following actions:
Updated WordPress (v6.8.3), PHP (v8.2), Elementor (v3.33.x) and Antares theme to the latest versions.
Disabled Safe Mode and optimized Elementor settings.
Disabled all optimization and caching plugins (WP Rocket, etc.).
Switched temporarily to Hello Elementor theme (Elementor loads fine).
Added a custom fix in the child theme’s functions.php to re-register the xts-html-block post type with show_in_rest => true, but the issue persists.
Elementor shows no fatal errors in debug log — only minor notices from WooCommerce.
It seems that the HTML Blocks post type is not fully compatible with the current Elementor version.Could you please confirm if there’s a known fix or update for this compatibility issue?
Thank you for your help

romina.mParticipantHi again,
I’ve just received an automatic email from WordPress with a technical error log related to Elementor.
It seems connected to the same issue:
Uncaught ArgumentCountError: Too few arguments to function Elementor\Modules\WpRest\Base\Query::register()
File: /wp-content/plugins/elementor/modules/wp-rest/base/query.php
The stack trace also references WooCommerce Blocks and Elementor REST API modules, so it might be a compatibility issue between these components.I’m attaching the full error screenshot for reference.

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?
Thank you in advance

romina.mParticipantHello,
thank you for your reply.
I’ve disabled all plugins that are not related to the theme, as requested.
Please note that this issue is very urgent, because the website is currently offline and not accessible to visitors.Could you please check it as soon as possible and let me know once you’ve finished the inspection, so I can reactivate the other plugins?
Access details are available in the private content section.
Thank you very much for your quick support

Artem TemosKeymasterCurrently, HTML Blocks are not opening due to custom code in the functions.php file of your child theme.
When the main theme is activated, the blocks work correctly — which means the issue is caused by that custom code.I recommend temporarily removing or commenting out the custom code that overrides the xts-html-block post type, and then testing the HTML Blocks again.
