price tracker – alert email not sent

Hi
I’ve activated the Price Tracker feature in Theme Settings, the price tracker subscription works as well as the email generated and received by the customer.
However when I drop the product price below the price that the customer wants, the price traker alert email is not generated, so the customer does not know that the product price has dropped.
Can you help me please?

Navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > Emails and confirm that the “Price tracker alert” email is active and configured properly.

I’ve already read the documentation, the email templates are active but only the price tracker subscription email is sent.
When I drop the product price, the price tracker alert email is not sent.
I’ve the WP Mail Logging installed and it shows clearly that only the price tracker subscription email is sent.
There’s no log about the price tracker alert email.
I need help with this issue.
