I’ve activated the Price Tracker feature in Theme Settings, the price tracker subscription works as well as the email generated and received by the customer.
However when I drop the product price below the price that the customer wants, the price traker alert email is not generated, so the customer does not know that the product price has dropped.
Can you help me please?

Navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > Emails and confirm that the “Price tracker alert” email is active and configured properly.

online-5002ParticipantI’ve already read the documentation, the email templates are active but only the price tracker subscription email is sent.
When I drop the product price, the price tracker alert email is not sent.
I’ve the WP Mail Logging installed and it shows clearly that only the price tracker subscription email is sent.
There’s no log about the price tracker alert email.
I need help with this issue.

Yes you’re right, the price tracker is working.
But it only works if I use the discount price function.
I was hoping that the price tracker function would work with the regular price, but it doesn’t.
There’s no way the price tracker function can work with the regular price?

The price tracker triggers whenever any price changes — either the regular price or the sale price.
Unfortunately, we can’t demonstrate the price tracker on your site right now because there seem to be some issues with your CRON setup, as shown here: (screenshot). However, when we tested it a couple of days ago, everything was working correctly.

Do you mean all products, even products that don’t have promotional price, or only products with promotional price?
I would like to ask you to check again the admin of the site because in this moment it seems that the price tracker is not working at all. Your access data is the same that I have previously sent to you.

The price tracker is triggered whenever either the regular price or the sale price is changed.
We have checked the price tracker functionality on your website, and it is working correctly. During our testing, we received two notification emails, which confirms that the feature is functioning as expected:
