    Dear XTemos Support Team,

    We are using the WoodMart theme and would like assistance with configuring our header mega menu.

    Objective:
    Under the main menu item Apple MacBook, we want to create a submenu or mega menu item titled All MacBook Laptops. This link should display all MacBook products (MacBook Air, Pro, etc.) on click.

    Details:

    The category All MacBook Laptops has been created under Apple MacBook.

    All relevant products have been correctly assigned to this subcategory.

    We want this to appear as a submenu/mega menu item under Apple MacBook.

    Please ensure this functions correctly across desktop and mobile views.

    We would appreciate any help with menu layout or shortcode blocks if required.

    Site credentials and access can be shared upon request if needed.

    Hello,

    To create a submenu or mega menu item like “All MacBook Laptops” under Apple MacBook, you can use WoodMart’s Mega Menu feature. Here’s how:

    Create a Mega Menu Block

    Navigate to > HTML Blocks > Add New > Build the content for the dropdown using page builder > Save the block with a descriptive name (e.g., “All MacBook Laptops”).

    Assign the Mega Menu to a Menu Item

    Navigate to Appearance > Menus and select your main menu >Click to expand the Apple MacBook menu item > In the Design dropdown, select Full-width or Set-size > After this, the HTML Block dropdown will appear—select the block you created in step 1.

    This will ensure the submenu displays all relevant MacBook products and works.

    With due respect, I am submitting that I was unable to create the mega menu/sub menu as per your instructions. If you could share the screen, I would benefit.
    Therefore, I earnestly request that you share your screen and resolve my problem; I will be eternally grateful to you. Please write a request to the Clutch support team regarding this matter.
