importing MOTORCYCLE homepage

Hello, I have created a development site using the MOTORCYCLE demo.
In the development site I have customized the homepage according to my needs by changing the photos and text of the MOTORCYCLE demo.
I have also added Woodmart in my production site as a theme.
Is it possible to import the homepage layout from the development site to the production site?
I also want to transfer the layout of the pages that I created from the from the development site to the production site to the production site.
Please help me if there is way to do this.

- Go to Dashboard >Tools > Export on your development site.
- Export Pages or All Content (if you want posts, menus, etc.).
- On your production site, go to Tools > Import and import the file.
- This will transfer the page content, but you may need to reassign menus, widgets, and theme-specific settings.
If you used Elementor: Save each page as a Template > export the template > import it on the production site.
For the Woodmart theme settings, you can also import/ export your Theme Settings separately from Theme Settings -> Import/Export.

I have exported the attached Theme Settings file.
1. Where exactly should I import it?
2. Does this file contain elements like the header / footer? Anything else?
When I clicked the IMPORT button in Theme Settings [see screenshot] there was no such dialogue in order to select the path of the .json file. I just clicked the IMPORT button and got a message in a green box [see screenshot].
Please explain what to do.

I have some difficulty when trying to import a saved Template Page.
See attached screenshots.
There is no Templates button at the top of the page -this is most probably happening because of the Flexbox Container???
I only see the + button at the top of the 1st element in this page -see 1st screenshot.
I then see a set of 3 buttons in the upper right part of the page -see 2nd screenshot.
When I try to select the saved template, a dialogue open and prompts me to upload the .json file again -see 3rd screenshot.
Which is the correct method to upload the Template Page? [this is the About Us page of parts.automotohistory.com]

01. To import WoodMart theme settings, navigate to Theme Settings > Import/Export in your WordPress dashboard, copy the content from the exported .json file into the import field, and click “Import”.
