Mini Cart is blank when opening the site

Step 1: goto my site: https://www.18gifts.com
Step 2: open the mini cart from header
Expected result: showing the words realated to empty Cart
Actual result: nothing but a blank cart
Only if you done somthing to modify the cart (for example add some product to cart), the mini cart will resume to normal.

problem solved
I just enabled “cart fragments” in my cache plugin and the problem is solved.
