Product Gallery Image Not Updating on First Click (iOS Large Screens)

    Hi WoodMart Support Team,

    We are currently using the WoodMart theme with the following plugin stack:
    – WooCommerce (latest version)
    – TM Extra Product Options (ThemeComplete)
    – WoodMart built-in gallery and lightbox system

    We’ve encountered a persistent issue affecting the product image gallery update behavior on iOS large-screen devices, and we would appreciate your assistance in confirming if this is a theme-level limitation or if a workaround is possible.

    Issue Summary:
    On iPhones (iPhone 14 Pro Max and newer) and iPad Pro, selecting product attributes via TM Extra Product Options requires two clicks to update the main product image.

    This issue does not occur on: Desktop browsers (macOS, Windows), Android devices, Older iPhones (e.g., iPhone 6s)

    We implemented a custom JS logic to force update the image based on selected attribute combinations (tmcp_radio_0 and tmcp_radio_1).

    All these work perfectly on non-iOS or small-screen iOS, but fail to trigger the update immediately on iPads and larger iPhones.

    On first click: selected option updates (radio input changes), but image does not update.

    On second click (same option or another): image update is triggered.

    All attribute inputs are managed via TM Extra Product Options, using tmcp_radio_* naming.

    Is this known behavior for WoodMart + TM Extra Product Options on large-screen iOS devices?

    Does the gallery/lightbox module require special triggers beyond initPhotoswipe() or window.resize?

    Is there a reliable way to manually force the gallery to re-bind or refresh after replacing the image?

    We are happy to provide live page links, screen recordings, and test credentials if helpful. Your insight will be extremely valuable in helping us finalize this feature across all devices.

    Thank you so much for contacting our support center.

    To better assist you, could you kindly test the functionality with default WordPress themes such as TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront? This will help us determine whether the issue stems from our theme or elsewhere.

    Thank you for your reply. I changed the theme to TwentyTwenty, unfortunately, the bug didn’t disappear.

    To assist you better, we kindly request that you disable all plugins not directly associated with our theme. Additionally, please provide us with your admin access credentials, so we can log in and diagnose the issue. For the proper functioning of our theme, please ensure the following essential plugins remain activated:

    WoodMart core
    WooCommerce
    Elementor/WPBakery page builder

    Also, please allow us to switch between themes so we can test this ourselves.

    Thank you for your prompt reply. I confirmed this bug isn’t from Woodmart, which is the problem of plugin TM Extra Product Options (Theme Complete), and we already solved it. Thank your for your assistance!
