Hello,
Please make sure your selected font supports all Turkish characters in both lowercase and uppercase.
Also, Google Fonts like “Roboto”, “Open Sans”, and “Montserrat” all support Turkish special characters well.​
Try to Change your font in Woodmart Theme Settings > Typography
OR
Use the below custom CSS code and paste it to Theme Settings >> Custom CSS >> Global CSS section:
