Hover effect on brand grid + include exclude brands

Hi,
1. Could you tell me how to make an hover effect css on brand grid.
2. I grouped the brands via two main brand categories like f.e.g. Garden > Gardena, Kärcher, etc. The problem is that the brand widget in Elementor includes also these categories in the brands and shows them. I know that I can select and list the brands one by one in the widget but having hundreds of brands it seems very clumsy. Is there a possibility to include or exclude brands via this kind of brand group hierarchy?

01. Edit the brand widget and in the style tab choose the images hover. https://postimg.cc/F1zxfzGz
02. At the moment, the Elementor Brand widget doesn’t support excluding or filtering brands based on a parent brand-category hierarchy. To control the output, you would need to manually select brands in the widget.
