No, the Extended license is not an agency license. We do not offer an agency or unlimited-sites license.
WoodMart licenses are per site. Each separate website requires its own license. You can use one license on one live domain plus one staging/development domain for the same project.
If you build multiple client sites, please purchase a separate license for each site. If you need help choosing the correct license for your use case, let us know.
