wilbertoParticipantHello,
I’m experiencing a critical issue on a client website using the Woodmart theme.
The problem appears to be directly related to the Woodmart Core plugin.Key Issues
– WPBakery Page Builder will not load unless Woodmart Core is deactivated.
– With Woodmart Core active, pages only show raw shortcodes, and the builder cannot be opened.
– Clicking Edit on any page sometimes redirects to a 404 page.
– WooCommerce order emails stopped sending around the same time this issue began.
– Updating to the latest Woodmart theme, Woodmart Core, and WPBakery did not resolve the issue.
– Deactivating plugins one-by-one did not help — only deactivating Woodmart Core restores WPBakery.Actions Already Taken
– Updated theme + Woodmart Core + WPBakery to latest versions
– Reinstalled theme files manually
– Deactivated all plugins individually
– Reset permalink structure
– Cleared cache and disabled LiteSpeed
– Removed SMTP plugins
– Checked .htaccess
– Issue persists.Request
Please assist urgently — the site is currently unable to be edited, and WooCommerce emails are not functioning.
I will provide WP Admin and FTP/SFTP credentials in the private section below.Thank you in advance.

wilbertoParticipantUpdate:
We have now placed the entire website in maintenance mode because the issue has escalated. Multiple key sections are no longer functioning properly, WPBakery layouts are breaking, and customers are unable to complete purchases. Our client is becoming very upset, so we urgently need assistance. At this point:
The conflict between Woodmart Core and WPBakery is still present.
Pages either show raw shortcode, load incorrectly, or redirect to 404 when trying to edit.
WooCommerce order emails are also not sending, which may or may not be related, but it is adding to the problem.
We have tested plugin conflicts, theme reinstallation, WPBakery downgrade, and permalink resets — none have resolved the issue.
Everything was working correctly before the recent theme and plugin updates, so this appears to be directly update-related.
We kindly request urgent support. The site cannot function for our client in this state.
We already prepared FTP access and will provide any additional information you need.
Thank you — we greatly appreciate your help.
