    Bonjour, j’ai supprimé le theme et j’ai voulu importer une nouvelle mise en page, mais cela ne fonctionne. Un message d’erreur me disait d’augmenter les ressources serveur a 300 secondes et j’ai donc contacter mon hébergement pour les augmenter. Mais cela ne fonctionne toujours pas et toutes les pages du theme on disparu ainsi que le theme enfant…

    Hello,

    You need to increase the timeout limit on the server to 300s.

    If the issue remains, please try to deactivate the third-party plugins not related to the theme and import the demo again.

    Note that our dummy content works only on a fresh installation. If you have some content already, it will conflict with your existing posts, and most of the content will not be imported correctly.

    If the issue remains, then it may be caused by low PHP configuration limits. Try to increase the “PHP Max Input Vars” parameter to 10000 or higher in your PHP configuration and import the demo again.

    Hello,

    I increased the timeout to 300 seconds and the PHP Max Input Vars setting to 10,000, but it still didn’t work, so I uninstalled and reinstalled everything. It’s ok, but now I have another problem: some pages are missing from my site (404 error). I only have 15 pages, I used to have 21 or 23, I think.

    Most of these pages are not working (error 404) and the registration page too

    Orders
    Downloads
    Addresses
    Account Details
    Returns and Refunds
    Sellers
    Seller Support Tickets

    As we can see, these pages are not set in WooCommerce settings. You can fix this in WooCommerce -> Settings -> Advanced. Check the screenshot https://gyazo.com/bd90ea01ed98708981c929e3cda65395

    I cannot edit them because they do not exist.
    How many pages does the theme come with? I only have 15 pages, which I don’t think is normal.

    These pages are configured in WooCommerce, the URL exists, yet I’m getting a 404 error on my site, so the pages aren’t on my theme; I don’t have them.

    The number of pages varies depending on the prebuilt websites. Usually, it comes with 4-7 pages, and the rest are related to WooCommerce and other plugins.

    Your account endpoints don’t work because WooCommerce pages are missing. You can restore them via WooCommerce -> Status -> Tools -> Create default WooCommerce pages as shown on the screenshot https://gyazo.com/a169fa5b807fa66df79130d2f545e27a
