disaqueenParticipantHi There,
There seems to be a little bug with slider of Woodmart. When height of the slider is set to ” As image “, upon entering the website there is this load up bug that is seen in the video. Ratio of the both slider is exactly same.
When I try to change height of the slider to ” Custom height ” I don’t get any problem like I get that in the video. I want use the height option ” As image ” so how can I fix this issue? I also tried cleanup the cache, so it is not about any cache issue.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
I’ve checked your site and the slider is displaying correctly — I’m not seeing the loading issue you mentioned . The slider loads normally, and there is no jump or ratio change during the initial load.

disaqueenParticipantHello, it is because I changed height setting to Custom height. As I mentioned above, problem persists when height settings is set to As image. I’m changing it to As image now, please check again.

disaqueenParticipantAlso, this happens specifically on mobile device view. So make sure you are checking with a mobile device. Thanks

disaqueenParticipantI’ve already shared a google drive link for the video of the issue before you can check the video from there. Just in case, sharing it again. I’m also sharing wp admin details now.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
We have checked your issue and found that it is caused by the container element.
To fix this, please set the Width option of the slider element to Full width (100%).
