Portfolio post featured image are not showing

I purchased the “WoodMart – Multipurpose WooCommerce Theme” using the following details:
Item Purchase Code: f72907a2-4fc6-40aa-b2ec-25465be1dbe0
# Issues:
1. The featured image is not appear in the backend for the Portfolio post type.

I have already checked the settings and confirmed that the Featured Image option is enabled, but it is still not showing.

To set or change the featured image for a Portfolio (Projects) post, please follow these steps:
* Go to Projects > Edit Project for the post you want to update.
On the right sidebar, you will see the “Project Featured Image” box.
* Click “Set featured image” (or Change featured image if one is already set) and select/upload your image.

. It also does not show any image, upload, or remove options.
Could you please help set this up correctly on our demo site so we can update the image?

Please edit the project with Elementor:
1. Open the project and click Edit with Elementor.
2. On the top panel, click the Edit Post Settings button.
3. In the settings panel, you can change or set the Featured Image.
