I have checked your site, and the issues are related to using two different brand systems at the same time:
In Theme Settings > Shop > Brand, you have selected the Woodmart Brand attribute.
To manage this brand attribute, please go to: Products > Attributes > Brand (this is the Woodmart brand attribute)
Only brands created here will appear in the Woodmart Brands Element on your homepage.
Your old/default brands were coming from this section, which is why they were still showing.
In your sidebar filters, you are using WooCommerce Brands (from the WooCommerce Brands plugin).
To manage these brands, go to: Products > Brands (this is the WooCommerce Brands taxonomy)
Since this is a different brand system from Woodmart’s built-in brand attribute, it does not connect to the Woodmart Brands Element.
