You can resolve this by editing the page and adjusting the Categories widget. Please check the following:
1. Make sure the data source is not set to a custom query—if yes, select All Categories instead.
2. Ensure that “Hide empty categories” is disabled if you want all categories to appear, even those without products.

In the front office, in the Featured Categories section, there’s your default setting, which displays 4 subcategories. I’d like to display more. How do I do that?
