    Hi Woodmart team,

I’ve been trying to set up a pre-order system for products on my WooCommerce store, but I’m running into compatibility issues with the plugins I tested. The pre-order options don’t integrate properly with the theme, which prevents me from enabling the functionality on my site.

Here are the plugins I attempted to use:

    https://yithemes.com/themes/plugins/yith-woocommerce-pre-order/
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/product-pre-orders-for-woo/

I would like to request one of the following:

Compatibility: Ensure the theme is fully compatible with at least one pre-order plugin.

Native Feature: Introduce a built-in pre-order functionality within Woodmart (ideal).

Alternative Solution: Provide a recommended method or workflow to achieve the same functionality without relying on incompatible plugins.

Please advise on the best way forward or confirm if upcoming updates will support this.

    Thanks,
    Tushar

    Hello,

Could you please test the plugin with a default WordPress theme, like WooCommerce Storefront, to check if the issue is caused by our theme or not? This will help us determine whether it’s a theme compatibility problem or a plugin-specific issue.

    Hello Aizaz,

Tried it with default WordPress theme Storefront and it is working with them.
This seems like a plugin compatibility issue with WoodMart theme.

    Hello,

Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site, and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

Otherwise, if the issue still exists, then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the WP login details, so I can check and give you a possible solution.

    Best Regards,
