High Resource Usage on WordPress Site Using Woodmart Theme

    Hi Woodmart Team,

    I’m having a problem with very high server usage on my website, even though the site is small (about 400 MB) and has low traffic.

    Everytime I make an action, the resource usage skyrockets.

    Server usage:

    Memory: always at 100%
    I/O: always at 100%
    CPU: around 100%

    Could you please help me check if Woodmart is causing heavy load, and tell me which theme settings I should turn off to reduce memory and I/O usage?

    Please also let me know if you need any logs or screenshots from my side.

    Thank you so much for contacting our support center.

    To better assist you, could you kindly test the functionality with default WordPress themes such as TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront? This will help us determine whether the issue stems from our theme or elsewhere.
