Search widget issue with underscores

    Hello,

    We are facing an issue with the search functionality.

    If the sku of a product contains an underscore, it does not show up in the results.

    For example, please check here:

    https://staging.wearatwork.gr/product/test-product/

    It’s sku is “sku_with_underscore”

    If you search for the whole string, there will be no results.
    However, if you search for any other part, not including the underscore, the product will show up in the results.

    As far as we can tell, this issue is not specific to this particular site, but it is more of a general widget issue, as we encountered it and in another woodmart site.

    Hello,

    You can fix it by applying patch # 701557. To do this, go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Patcher, find the corresponding patch and click on the “Apply” button. Let us know if it works for you.

    No this is not the same issue.
    SKUs with underscore do not appear in the search.

    Can you search “sku_under” in https://staging.callofbeautypro.com/product/test-gallery/ and see for yourself?

    Hello,

    As we can see, you have an outdated version of the theme installed. Please update it to the latest version and apply the patch provided earlier. Test how it works and let me know if it helps.
