Urgent Request to Change Default Store Currency to INR (Indian Rupee)

    Dear Support Team,

    I am writing to request an urgent update to the currency settings for my website

    Due to an internal error during inventory setup, our team mistakenly configured the product pricing in USD (US Dollars). However, our primary market is India, and we require all pricing to be displayed and processed in INR (₹).

    Specifically, we need help with:
    Changing the site’s default currency from USD to INR.
    Ensuring that existing prices are updated to reflect the Indian Rupee symbol (₹).
    Setting the Pricing Zone specifically for India.

    Hello,

    Please note that currency configuration and pricing setup are managed directly by WooCommerce, not by the theme. You can resolve this by following the steps below:

    Navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > General > Set Currency to (₹ – INR).

    Changing the currency does not automatically convert existing prices. If your prices were entered assuming USD values, you will need to Manually update product prices.
