300 TIMEOUT LIMIT ERROR FOR DEMO INSTALATION

    Good day,

    When I try to install any of the demos I receive an error message that there is a timeout error and I need to contact my hosting provider because it needs to be atleast 300 seconds.

    I upgraded my hosting to the following values and I am still receiving the error

    max_execution_time – 6000
    max_input_time – 6000
    max_input_vars – 10,000
    memory_limit – 768M

    Please help, a screenshot of the error is attached.

    Hello,

    It looks like the issues you were experiencing were caused by conflicts with some existing plugins and already have content on your installation.

    Note that our dummy content works only on a fresh installation. If you have some content already, it will conflict with your existing posts, and most of the content will not be imported correctly.

    Instead of importing a full demo, Try to use the theme template library and import the templates you want.

    I tried to install the theme on a fresh website but the page looks weird please help. Everything on the page is in text and it doesn’t look like the demo at all.

    Hello,

    It seems that the Elementor plugin was disabled when you imported the dummy content. To resolve this, ensure that the plugin is active. Then, navigate to WoodMart -> Prebuilt websites and click on the button to remove the previously imported data. Once this is done, you should be able to import any website without issues. Please test this solution and let us know how it works for you.

    I tried again, Elementor is not disabled and I am still having the same problem. I need to get the website up and running and since recently Woodmart has been giving errors. PLEASE fix the problem. The homepage looks like crap and its a fresh website that was installed with ONLY your plugins.

    There may be a conflict with some of the installed plugins. Could you please temporarily turn them off so we can run the import and test how it works?
