Help ! how to delete the “add to cart” from products instead of “inquiry”

Hi,
I met a problem during creat the website which is not for End customer but for Business partner.
How to turn off ” add to cart” and price related items for each products, only the “request for quoto” and “download PDF” button instead.
Very urgently, please check the attached files for your reference.

Navigate to Theme Settings > Shop > Catalog Mode > Enable “Catalog Mode” to hide all “Add to cart” buttons, cart widget, cart, and checkout pages. This will allow you to showcase your products as an online catalog without the ability to make a purchase:
