It seems my mobile versions are not loading fully, please tell me what i have done wrong.

Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site, and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
Otherwise, if the issue still exists, then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the WP login details, so I can check and give you a possible solution.

i have deactivated the plug ins that i added recently as i did not have this problem before and the problem still persits – see recording
i can really deactivate all as then my site will not work

The issue persists on both mobile and desktop when you visit the site as a guest user.
It seems to be a cache issue on your site. I kindly recommend you to purge the cache from the plugin or deactivate cache plugin, CDN, disable CDN temporarily and double check the issue.
