Taking Blocks from Pre Built Websites and dropping in my webiste?

I like some of the blocks in the pre built websites, is there a way I can take them and add them to my own theme that I chose??
I know there is the features section but does not contain all the blocks in pre built websites..

To import a section from other demos, we recommend creating a staging site first so your live site remains unaffected:

Once the staging site is ready, you can import the additional demos there and copy or export the pages you want to use on your main website.
Alternatively, you can use the WoodMart template library to import only the elements you need, You can explore and import templates directly from here: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/templates-library/

I have seen the “ADDITIONAL PAGES’ but you only have 63 to choose from?? Is this what you mean???
This does not include all the blocks on all the othe rprebuilt sites…
I would just like to copy and paste???
I want the 3rd block down here (the 6 images)…
How can I simply copy and paste this into my own site?? Where can I get this block??
