We are using your theme lazy load function and it’s breaking some images in a particular plugin.

When we disable the Woodmart lazy load, the images come back.

Is there a way to exclude a particular CSS class from the lazy load to get these images to work again?

    Hi,

Could you please send us a link to your website where we can see this issue?

    Kind Regards

This issue is on the order confirmation page, on the order summary. So you need to place a test order in order to be able to see this issue.

The order confirmation page is built using Funnelkit plugin. As soon as you disable the lazy load in Woodmart theme setting the images appear.

I have included a link to the staging site in the private content.

There isn’t a built-in option to exclude a CSS class from the theme’s lazy loader. The recommended way is to disable lazy loading only on the specific page where it breaks images, using a Theme Settings preset.

    Steps:
    1) Dashboard > WoodMart > Theme Settings > Theme Settings presets > Add new preset.
    2) Add a rule that targets your FunnelKit Thank You (order confirmation) page. If the plugin provides a dedicated page, select that page. If not, target the WooCommerce “Order received” page/endpoint used after checkout.
    3) Save the conditions.
    4) Open the preset settings, go to Performance, and turn off Lazy loading for images (and for background images if needed).
    5) Save and clear caches, then test the order confirmation page again.

    Thanks for this.

Which setting do we use to add this page? From the list attached.

You need to select Post ID and then find your page. By selecting post, you can use any post type including pages, posts, projects, products etc.
