Product Video Not Uploading on Existing Products

    Hello WoodMart Support Team,

    We are currently working on a website that uses the WoodMart theme. We are not sure when this issue originally started or whether it is directly related to a recent theme update.

    Issue details:

    When we try to upload a product video for existing (old) products, the video does not upload or save.

    However, when we create a new product, the product video uploads and works correctly.

    At the moment, the issue seems to affect only previously created products.

    Could you please help us understand what might be causing this behavior and guide us on how to fix it?

    To assist you better, we kindly request that you disable all plugins not directly associated with our theme. Additionally, please provide us with your admin access credentials, so we can log in and diagnose the issue. For the proper functioning of our theme, please ensure the following essential plugins remain activated:

    WoodMart core
    WooCommerce
    Elementor/WPBakery page builder

    As I can see, it doesn’t work only on products that have the same image uploaded as featured and as an additional image to the gallery. You need make sure that the image is uploaded once and add a video to it. We have done this for the product TEFAL Iron EASYGLISS PLUS.
