For some reason Header info dissapears + top bar from backend on frontend

    Hi guys,

    We have been noticing this issue for the past few weeks and have tried all the solutions we could think of without success. We attached two screenshots to better illustrate the situation.

    We are running a setup that is approximately 90% identical on a cloned website (separate license), where this behavior does not occur, which makes this issue particularly confusing.

    We have added a temporary access link in the private area so you can investigate directly.
    If you make any changes, please let us know exactly what was modified.

    Additionally, something strange is happening: when I am logged in as Admin, the top bar on the frontend no longer appears. It looks as if we are either not logged in at all or logged in as a regular customer.

    Could these two issues be related?

    Hello,

    I have checked your website from my side and could not reproduce the issues:

    • When logged in, the WordPress admin bar is displayed normally: See screenshot for clarification: https://ibb.co/bR6DnB7V
    • When logged out, the header and frontend also appear correctly: See Screenshot for clarification: https://ibb.co/SX8n0Lkv

    Since everything is working as expected during my tests, the issue may be related to the cache. I kindly recommend that you to purge the cache from the plugin or deactivate the cache plugin, clear server cache, CDN, disable CDN temporarily and double-check the issue.

    We forgot to mention that we have Cloudflare integration both on the .ro site and the .eu site, in the .ro site having a more than 90% similar setup (host, plugins, integrations) the issue does not happen, il only happens on the .eu website, do you have a “safe config” for Cloudflare? what not cache ?

    We’re also using Litespeedcache for the wordpress backend.

    Please clear your site cache, browser cache, and check the site in incognito mode / another browser to confirm if the issue persists.

    Hello Aizaz,

    Something is definitely going on, the Cart payment tab section has now disappeared entirely. As you can see in the attached image, even the header and cart information are missing.

    Could you please help identify what might be causing this issue?

    Hey guys,

    Me again, header info dissapeared as well (see photo from yesterday, initial ticket) i will leave the site like this for you to debug. Think we can have a faster chat somewhere apart from the forum ?

    so HEADER + CART are messed up at this point.

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

    Otherwise, if the issue still exists, then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the WP login details, so I can check and give you a possible solution.
