vynilParticipantHey guys,
I’m having the caching feature enabled (without CSS/JS/HTML caching) and the html footer block gets messed up from time to time. Is it possible to exclude this from caching?

vynilParticipantI fixed the issue somehow by deleting the cache, I will keep you posted. But this issue doesn’t appear when we use standard Elementor theme build and their footer, so the issue is with the HTML block only.
January 10, 2026 at 9:30 am #703889Hello,
Thank you for the update!
It’s good to know that clearing the cache resolved the issue temporarily. As you’ve noticed, this seems to be specific to the custom HTML block in the footer. Caching can sometimes conflict.
If the issue reappears, please keep us posted, and we’ll assist if needed.

vynilParticipantDoes it make sense to exclude the HTML block from caching? What do you think?
January 16, 2026 at 3:30 pm #704718Hello,
If the HTML block is used for footer content (like copyright text, links, or static info), then it’s static.
In that case, there’s no need to exclude it from caching — caching it will actually improve your site’s performance without causing any issues.
You’d only exclude it if the footer had dynamic elements that change per user, like live cart info, logged-in user data, or notifications.
