    Hello,

We checked your website and found that a custom code is being used for the Sticky Navigation. This code does not work correctly in the Safari browser, which is why the menu items fail to open properly.

Regarding the issue with the accordion element in the dropdowns, to resolve it you need to enable the appropriate script in the theme settings. Detailed instructions and the script itself are available at the following link:

    In continuation of the above
    1) We are checking the custom code that you said is preventing the display in safari browser
    2) for the issue of the accordion not opening when the Menu has the Ajax option Yes… You suggested to load “Accordian Element” as must load.. I have added that ( screenshot attached), but still the accordion is not loading when the Ajax mode is on. Can you please help?

    Hello,

In the screenshot, you are connecting CSS files, but you need to connect JS files. They are added in Theme settings > Performance > JS. You need to enable the Advanced scripts controls option, and in the options that appear, select the Accordion element under Scripts always load.

    Thank you for directing..
for testing.. i have switched the Elementor accordion to Theme Accordion.. and also added the JS always load of Accordion element under scripts, and now the accordion is opening on Ajaz mode too… thank you so much….

One question.. is there a way… in the theme accordian widget, that I can set….. so that first accordion remains open when the page opens (which is what it is doing now), but when the user opens the second/third accordion, the other open accordion automatically closes ( this is to save the vertical scroll).. so that there is only one accordian open at any given time?

    Hello,

Unfortunately, this functionality is not available at the moment. However, you are welcome to submit a feature request, and we will consider implementing it in a future update.

    Best Regards,
