happy2helpParticipantHello,
I am using the WoodMart theme with Elementor Free. Elementor is used for page
structure, while WoodMart elements are used where required.Issue:
I have added the WoodMart “Product Add to Cart” element on single product pages.
This element displays only a “Buy Now” button (no Add to Cart button).
The “Buy Now” button is visible but clicking it does nothing — no redirect and
no action occurs.Setup:
– Theme: WoodMart (latest version)
– WooCommerce: latest version
– Elementor: Free
– Product type: Simple products
– Products are published and in stock
– Cart and Checkout pages are assigned correctly
– Shipping zones configured
– Payment gateway enabledNotes:
– Issue occurs on all products
– No JavaScript errors visible in console
– Happens consistently across productsPlease advise what setting or configuration is required for the WoodMart
“Buy Now” button to function correctly with Elementor Free.Thank you.

Navigate to Theme Settings > Single product > Buy now > enable the Buy now button and set the button redirect location: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/buy-now-button/
If the issue remains, share the wp logins details so I will further check on your site and give you a possible solution.

happy2helpParticipantHi,
Thanks for the response.
I have already enabled the Buy Now button and set the redirect location to
Checkout as suggested, but the issue persists.Given the complexity of the setup (WoodMart layouts + Elementor Free),
it would be best if you could check this directly.I have provided temporary WordPress admin access for you to investigate
and apply the correct fix. Please let me know if that works for you.
Thanks.

January 14, 2026 at 1:19 pm #704354Hello,
Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site, and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then, activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
Otherwise, if the issue still exists, then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know so I can check and give you a possible solution.
Best Regards,
